A highlight of the Expo was Louis Alfieri’s keynote on co-creation, which delved into collaborative approaches and strategic partnerships. The presentation emphasized how involving consumers in the creative process can lead to more innovative and engaging experiences, transforming passive audiences into active participants. Additionally, the TEA (Themed Entertainment Association) presented a fascinating panel led by Edd Musgrove, focusing on “Designing Experiences Beyond Opening Hours.” It was inspiring to hear creative ways to extend visitor engagement, such as museum sleepovers and large-scale escape rooms at theme parks like Toverland.

The TEA mixer at the TOBACCO theatre in the city center provided another chance to reconnect with familiar faces and build new relationships within the themed entertainment community.

A memorable gathering at the WXO IRL Campfire, where participants came together in Tellart’s Amsterdam studio to explore AI and its impact on experiential design.

Immediately after IAAPA, we had the privilege of attending the WXO (World Experience Organization) IRL Campfire hosted by Tellart in Amsterdam. Here, we delved into the future of AI in experience design, highlighted by Tellart’s groundbreaking project “Dinner in 2050.” 🌐 This gathering brought together a wonderfully diverse group, sparking thought-provoking discussions on how AI is influencing both our industry and society at large.

As we reflect on these experiences, we’re eager to channel the insights and inspiration we’ve gathered back into our work. Check out our video below for a glimpse into Art Nzo’s creative process and the projects that caught attention at the Expo. 📹

A big thank you to everyone who visited our booth and shared in these conversations. Stay tuned for updates as we continue pushing boundaries in themed entertainment and beyond. Watch the video now and step into our world! 🚀
